IF THAT'S YOUR GAME, I'M GOING

Once a little man, I think his name was Dan
Met a little lady at a fair
Had a little talk, took a little walk
Round a little quiet square
Asked this little miss for a little kiss
She gave him nearly half a peck
But said it wouldn't do when his arms he threw
Around her little neck
Then he said, 'Oh tell me why?'
And the maiden made reply

Chorus: 'I don't wish to say a word about it
But the way you're arms are throwing
They might be round my neck for a minute or a week
And if that's your game, I'm going.'

Once a little girl - pretty little pearl
Wanted on a bike to ride
So I said I would show her how she could
And I'd hold her on beside
So that very night - she with great delight
Came with 'bloomers' on, oh lor
I said, 'Darling Flo, I shall have to go
I should have gone before.'
But, 'Oh why?' exclaimed the miss
And so I told her this,

Chorus: 'I don't wish to say a word about it
Or object to 'bloomers' showing
But to come out in the trousers your Father used to wear
Well, if that's your game, I'm going.'

Once away to France - when I had the chance
I went off for a little spell
But my darling wife - came to plague my life
And she brought my Ma-in-law as well
We went to the sea - where the girls so free
With the gents would swim and splash
But when they wanted I - to go and have a try
My wife cried out, 'Come back'
But I said, 'Not for Jack

Chorus: 'I don't wish to say a word about it
Or the way the tide is flowing
But to go in there a-bathing with my Mother -in-law
Well, if that's your game, I'm going.'

Once a little chap - they called him Johnny Nap
Took his lady-love a walk
When the hour was late at her garden gate
They stayed to have a liitle talk
He said, 'Little pet - don't you go in yet'
But the maiden said, 'I must.'
'Stay my darling, stay. Do not go away
With love I'm fit to bust.'
But the girl was up-to-date
And said, 'It's much too late,

Chorus: 'I don't wish to say a word about it
But indoors I must be showing
Or they might lock me out in the garden all night
So if that's your game, I'm going.'
